The Digital Intelligent EMG pump range blends mechanical reliability with smart control features—making it ideal for modern dosing environments where accuracy and adaptability matter. As a volumetric, mechanically driven diaphragm metering pump, it’s widely used across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, water treatment and general industrial sectors.
Built to handle corrosive or non-corrosive liquids (0.3–1000 cps) at temperatures from -15°C to 60°C, the EMG pump offers flow rates from 15 to 130 L/h and pressures up to 10 bar. It features manual stroke adjustability from 0–100%, even while in operation, and maintains a dosing accuracy of ±1% across the 30–100% flow range.
Available in a variety of material configurations—PVC, SS304, SS316, PTFE and more—the Eignal Series delivers flexible compatibility and dependable performance, with low energy consumption and optional voltage setups to match your system needs.
